This
easy chutney recipe is made from just few ingredients available in your pantry.
This is no onion no garlic chutney. This chutney is also called as falahari or phalahari chutney, as it is associated with the recipes that are
made during fasting days.
This
phalahari chutney is an ideal accompaniment with fasting snacks like sabudana
vada, arbi chips, aloo chila etc.
Step by step
coriander chutney recipe:
- Rinse the coriander leaves 2-3 times and drain.
- In a blender take coriander leaves, ginger, chopped green chili and cumin powder (optional) and grind to a smooth paste using water.
- Mix salt in the chutney
Serve
this chutney with any fasting snack like Aloo chila, sabudana vada or arbi
chips.
