Mint raita /Pudina raita recipe

Mint raita is refreshing well as flavorful and is different from most of the raitas. Usually raitas are not very strong and have a subtle and mild flavor; but this raita has refreshing minty taste. It takes a basic and simple raita to a completely new level.

Pair this raita with something light like veg pulao, jeera rice or with khichdi. It can also be served with main course as a side accompanying dish, this raita stands out because of its strong flavors.

IF you are making this raita on fasting day, skip adding black salt or regular salt and use rock salt.

Step by step mint raita recipe:
  1. Take mint leaves and green chilies with some yogurt in a blender.
