One
morning, when I was making eggless pan cakes, I thought why not to make eggless
French toast. It is crispy on outside and moist inside.
This
is a quick and can be made easily
from handy ingredients in your pantry. I have used milk as a base, cornstarch
as a thickening agent and the flavor of cinnamon made the perfect mixture for
soaking the bread in. It was perfect in taste and texture, moist inside and crispy on outside.
On
some lazy morning, I and my daughter decide to make French toast as a breakfast
treat for ourselves and top it with
some fresh fruits, maple syrup and
powdered sugar.
She
loves helping me by whisking everything together and dipping the bread into the
mixture.
This
recipe will go perfect with Strawberry smoothie!
