Mix them, stir them well and they are ready to serve.

Step by step papaya salsa recipe:
  1. Peel mango, papaya and kiwi and dice them into small cubes.
  2. Chop onion, red bell pepper and coriander.
  3. Mix all diced fruits, red bell pepper and onion in a large bowl.
  4. Add ½ tsp lime juice and chopped fresh coriander.
  5. Now stir the contents and add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Let the mix sit for sometimes and after 15 minutes, the Papaya Salsa is ready to serve.

INGREDIENTS (measuring cup used, 1 cup=240 ml)
  • ¼ cup diced mango or pineapple
  • ½ cup diced papaya
  • ¼ cup chopped red bell pepper
  • ¼ cup diced kiwi/avocado (optional)
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp. chopped cilantro/coriander
  • Salt and pepper as per taste
  • ½ tsp lemon juice or as per taste
DIRECTION
